Circled “C” beside my last 4 games denotes that a quarter was literally flipped in my living room to decide which team to take.  Heads=Road, Tails=Home.  Didn’t matter in hindsight — it was over before those started; +200 was all needed to guarantee.

With only (leftover) sugar plums dancing in my head, there will be no drawn out post season smack talk or dry comedy, at least from yours truly.

2009 Week 17 lines

In disbelief, I snapped this photo yesterday on way out of sports store after shopping for Bengals gear..  Wow !  There were dozens of them.. not exactly flying off the rack.

Lamarr Woodley obviously is trying to light fires under the Cincy/NE players for his team’s benefit.  It still reminds me how much I hate this part of the season, when even the basic intent to win is questionable.

With the mighty Chicago Bears’ victory over Favre & Co last night, there is somehow still hope for my brothas (one from anotha Swedish motha) to overtake Scotty J for 2nd place.

Hambric & Cassagassi (a mafia-run law firm) also have good shots to overtake those brothas for 3rd & 4th.  Hell, Tommy Lum even retains an insanely outside chance to tie for third.

Remmy, we collectively owe you food stamps and painkillers for the duress you’ve endured this season.  That’s also how America’s large degenerate banks should have been “bailed-out,” if you ask me.

Like the Jets and Broncos, I control my own destiny, and have only the aforementiond Scott Johnston to deal with.  Not sure that’s a blessing tho, as this kid has skillz; and I’m quite familiar with “gambling mishaps”.

No book is currently making an over/under line on how many games Scotty or I take…
